It wasn’t want I expected, then after a week the leaves started to bring in little flies. Had to throw out.

Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend. The bouquet I ordered looked like something you would buy from local petrol station. Not at all what was advertised and also was meant to be 100 percent free Rose's so god knows how many there shouldve been. Got a 6 pound 75 pence refund off them. Wont be using again!

They always look lovely on your website. I order them for others so have no personal experience. Some people send me a photograph and depending on the arrangement, they look lovely/not so great!Some look a bit sparse, to be honest but I keep ordering from you.

The person recieved the flowers was thrilled with them she is very ill so I was pleased when they arrived next day as promised thankyou

When things go wrong flying flowers put things right good of them


Although the flowers I chose stated 'free delivery', I was actually charged £3.99 by DPD - couldn't find anything to 'click' on for free delivery. Please do not state any 'deals' which you have no intention of upholding. Thank you

Found the bunch to be quite small and after 3 days had to bin some of the wilted daffodils so a little disappointed. The smell is wonderful though and the different daffodils are a nice mix. Not sure I’d buy again though.

I'm so sorry but the flowers I recieved were below par. I have ordered fom you before and the flowers were good, but this time sadly not. I think value for money wise they were poor and their actual condition was squished when I recieved them. I can name atleast three of your competitors who can and infact do provide better. Nothing much more to add I'm afraid.

My friend thought flowers were beautiful but unfortunately she did not receive biscuits that were paid for and ment to be delivered, it was very unsettling as she is disabled and likes a surprise.

The two separate bouquets I ordered were delivered on time to the recipients, however after seeing a photo of the flowers they both received I just couldn’t believe that’s what I paid £50 for. Both bouquets were tiny, nothing like the photos and I don’t believe there were £25 worth of flowers. I could’ve saved a lot of money buying an £8 bouquet for the same size and colour from coop.

The mothers day flowers were advertised with free chocolates with code "FREECHOCS" I Placed 2 orders for mothers day and neither received their chocolates? When I informed customer services they told me the flowers do not come with chocolates. Blatant mis-advertising. I will never use this company again and will take my complaint up with the ombudsman
